Well crap ......

Well my dear friends, I am without power right now. Without power, in the summer due to a bad storm that passed. I don't know if I tree fell on some power lines or if lightning struck something but it's definitely off.

Many bad things happen because of no power in my house. Let's count them shall we my peeps.

Number 1 - No Air conditioning for the house. No AC = HOT

Number 2 - No power means no cooking. No cooking = What in the world do I feed my toddler for dinner!? (My youngest can still have milk or oatmeal, thank goodness)

Number 3 - NO bath time. No bath time = upset baby and toddler since it interups their bedtime routine.

Number 4 - No power means EVERYTHING MELTS. No fridge or freezer stays cold after a certain amount of time

Number 5 - No power means no shower for me or the hubby. Need I say more on that part because it's been HOT outside and we've gone out for a few times today.

Number 6 - No power means NO NOISE. No power = no background noise to drown out the ringing in my damn ears. No power = no fans to sleep with so I definitely won't be sleeping good tonight and neither will my children.

There are many more but those are currently the most important, to me at least.

Small topic switch.. I wish that y'all could talk to me somehow. I would like to know how your weeks have been going. That way it doesn't just feel like I'm blabbering on, you know?

Anyways, I think that's all for now since my phone is about to die on me. (p.s. the picture is of a candle and an oil lamp for light)
